Artist, Joseph S. Venus has studied and researched mammals and people of the Pleistocene time period, 10,000 to 15,000 years ago.
A fully matured bison was approximately 7' tall to the top of the spine on his back. The horns were approximately 6' from tip to tip and an excele\lent skull with horn cones is on display in front of the Ice Age Mural in Price, Utah.
